Legislation to establish a special Negro Leagues Baseball Museum license plate to raise awareness of the museum and funds for its operation sponsored by Senator Barbara Anne Washington and handled in the House by Representative Mark A. Sharp who introduced identical legislation was signed into law Monday by Governor Mike Parson in his capitol office as Senator Washington and Representative Sharp happily watch.
